Get to know Melissa

Hi there, I am Melissa and I want to do shots with you.

I started taking pictures when my mom got me my first camera as a child.  I can not even express how much money we spent DEVELOPING FILM.  Photography has come a long way, and so have I.

​

It has been over 10 years since I started my professional photography journey.  I began with a simple grad photo shoot for my exchange student and fell in love with learning more about posing, lighting and gear.

Started at the bottom and now we here.

​

I started a business in Saskatchewan, where pictures of my friends quickly grew to pictures of many of the people in our small town.  I came back to Ontario during COVID, and am working to make a name for myself in my new Sault Ste Marie digs!

​

I am a mom to three amazing little people who you will undoubtedly see on my FB page here and there as they often model my new sets for me.  

​

My favourite photography sessions are boudoir, grads and kids, however I have shot just about everything from Newborn and cake smashes to birthday parties of all ages and set up photo booths at parties.  Don't forget the weddings, so many weddings!
